This painting is out of control awesome! wow. My favorite part is the opaque/milky turquoise color of the left ornament, but I can't stop looking at the square surface of the right ornament. That would have been a beast to paint. Beautiful.
Isn't it amazing how a small image like this can awaken a part of the mind that has been closed for so long? It's amazing how this painting reminds me of smells and sounds and most importantly, people that have long passed, that I miss so much. Thank you.
